1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the logistics and delivery services provided by MOK Express, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

MOK Express provides regional logistics, Co-loading (PTL), Line Haul (FTL), and Last Mile Delivery services across Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, and Meghalaya. Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to geographical and environmental factors.

3. Prohibited Items

Customers agree not to use our services to transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted materials. We reserve the right to inspect shipments and refuse service for any packages that violate our safety policies.

4. Liability

While we take the utmost care of your shipments, our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited strictly to the value declared at the time of booking, subject to our comprehensive insurance policies.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to our active partners and clients.
